Who operates this site
II Games Studio is an independently run game studio. For support, privacy requests and legal or copyright inquiries, email iigamesofficial@gmail.com. Operator details are available in the legal notice.
GitHub Pages hosting
This static website is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit, GitHub logs and stores your IP address for security purposes, even if you are not signed in to GitHub. IP addresses can be personal data. GitHub also describes technical and usage data in its Privacy Statement. GitHub controls its hosting logs and their retention; this website does not set a separate retention period for those logs. See GitHub's Pages data-collection notice.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
The website does not set its own cookies and has no account registration, analytics scripts, advertising trackers or embedded newsletter forms. It does not use Google Fonts or YouTube embeds. Fonts, screenshots and gameplay videos are served from the website's own files.
The theme switch saves a single value, ii-games-theme, in your browser's local storage after you choose light or dark mode. It contains only that theme choice and is not sent to the studio. Before you make a choice, the site follows your device theme. The saved choice remains until you clear this site's storage or replace it using the switch. You can clear it through your browser's site-data settings. This preference storage is used to remember a setting you requested.
Newsletter subscriptions
The newsletter link opens Substack. Subscribing happens there, under Substack's Privacy Policy. Substack processes the information you provide, such as your email address, and may use cookies and newsletter engagement information as described in its policy. II Games Studio can use subscriber information made available through Substack to manage the newsletter. Use the unsubscribe link in newsletter emails to stop receiving them. This website does not collect newsletter signups itself.
External links and downloads
Links to itch.io, Game Jolt, the SCP Wiki and other websites take you to separately operated services. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. Downloads, purchases and any platform accounts are handled by those services. A link alone does not embed their service on this website.
This policy covers this website. It does not make claims about the data practices of every downloadable game or browser game hosted elsewhere; check the game's own notices and the platform's policy.
Email and privacy requests
If you email the studio, your email address, message and attachments are processed to answer your request, provide support or handle legal matters. Where a legal basis is required, this is for responding to a request you made, performing a relevant agreement, complying with a legal obligation or the studio's legitimate interest in handling correspondence and protecting its rights. Please send only information needed for the request. Messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.
The contact mailbox is hosted by Gmail; Google's handling of email-service data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. External providers may process information outside your country. Their policies explain their locations, retention practices and transfer safeguards.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data protection authority. Send requests about information held by II Games Studio to iigamesofficial@gmail.com. For data held by GitHub or Substack, their policies also explain how to contact them and exercise your rights.
